Shipping within Pakistan
We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Orders are dispatched after confirmation by phone or WhatsApp.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for online orders within Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready when the rider arrives.
Wholesale & export shipments
For bulk and international orders, shipping method, cost and timeline are agreed with you in the quotation.
Exchanges & returns
- If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Size exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability.
- Customised or bulk-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed by bank transfer or mobile wallet after we receive and inspect the returned item.
